Weight Loss Tips…(Grocery Shopping)!!! 

Here is two weight loss tips that really work for me. 

  1. Never go to the grocery store when you are  hungry. You will end up buying all unhealthy and sugary items as a result of hunger and craving! 
  2. Before you left for grocery, always check your weight. If you really want to lose weight, and not happy with your current weight, you will be stressed and won’t buy unnecessary food. 

Remember, if you don’t buy unhealthy food, you won’t be able to eat it. Simple! You just have to control your craving at the store. Not eating a piece of cake is like burning 300 calories by doing 30 minutes of jogging! 🙂

  1. Hunny you can’t go by just the numbers, muscle weights more than fat. I go by my Jean size. I have been struggling to loose weight for years, 42 and disabled, total blockers!!!! I have learned a lot on it. I can say the measurements have changed, but the number has not and it’s because I have built a little muscle. Each person is different.


    1. Hi, I totally agree. But my problem with weight loss is craving, I think I crave a lot, lose motivation and end up eating unnecessary sugary desserts. Fat changes to muscle if your weight loss is largely depends on gym and weight training. I tried it once, and it worked very quickly. This time I will focus on diet and life style change mostly.

      1. I have fallen off the wagon a lot since my bfn and I split up even though it was my choice and a good one. I have been craving and giving in to a lot of it as well. I have a gym membership that I haven’t even gone to once. I need more, motivation, determination, consistency. Blaaaa
